Program rules:

Loyalty card - a card that identifies the guest among other visitors. Allows its owner to receive discounts and special privileges. It has its own identification number corresponding to the number of the virtual account, where all stays at the hotel are accumulated.

1. Anyone can participate in the Program by contacting the hotel reception. The card is issued free of charge and its validity is unlimited.

2. Accumulative Member Card of the Oberig Hotel Loyalty Program is issued to the guest immediately.

3. The Loyalty Member Card is not transferable to third parties.

4. The loyalty program is valid only in Oberig Hotel.

5. Privileges and discounts on hotel services become active on the next visit after the issuance of the appropriate card.

6. By presenting a Program member card upon your stay at our hotel, you get discounts and accumulate visits on your personal account.

7. You can find out your current account balance at the hotel reception or simply sending us a request to info@oberighotel.kiev.ua with your full name and card number.

8. Do not forget to show your card each time you check-in to the Oberig Hotel before paying the bill, and also indicate while booking that you are a member of the program. Thus, you give us the opportunity to prepare for your arrival.

9. When upgrading your loyalty program level to the next one, the amount of privileges increases. When moving to a new level of loyalty, you will receive a new card upon check-out.

10. The card identifies the guest by a single number and can be given for temporary use only to family members, under the conditions of provided documents of kinship.

11. Discounts for accommodation are provided only in case of direct booking on the official website www.oberighotel.kiev.ua, by phone, e-mail or personal request (without the participation of intermediaries - travel agencies, companies, tour operators, Internet portals, ONLINE-booking systems, etc.). Discounts and points are only credited to bookings on "Basic rate" and "Weekend rate".

12. Loyalty program discounts cannot be summed with discounts of other special offers.

13. In order to receive a discount on accommodation, a guest must pay for accommodation directly at the hotel (in cash or using a bank card).

14. Discounts for café-bar services, meeting room and additional hotel services are not covered by the Loyalty Program.

15. Discounts and bonuses from loyalty card do not apply to group accommodation.

16. The hotel administration has the right to change the conditions for obtaining a card and the provision of discounts.
